Make an Appointment -

Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.
Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Visit Cambridge University Library in person to:

  • Register or renew your membership. You will need to bring some photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license. You may be asked to provide additional documentation if you are eligible for free access or borrowing privileges, so we can verify your status. This ID is needed every time you apply. If you are renewing your membership please ensure that you have these documents.
  • Get help setting up your Library login and multi-factor authentication for the first time. You will need access to a mobile phone.
