Make an Appointment -

Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.
Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Visit Cambridge University Library in person to:

  • Register or renew your membership. You will need to bring some photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license, along with some proof of your current home address (i.e. a utility bill or bank statement). This ID is needed every time you apply. If you are renewing your membership please ensure that you have these documents.
  •  Arrange your PEEP (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan) on your first visit.
  • Get help setting up your Library login and Multi-factor authentication for the first time. You will need access to a mobile phone.
