This is a time slot in which to collect pre-ordered books or return Click and Collect Plus items.
Collection:
You must have had a confirmation email from the Library that the items you have ordered are ready for collection in order to book a collection appointment. Please bring your University card or other ID with your name and photo on. If you are asking someone to collect your books on your behalf, please ask them to bring your order confirmation email - either printed out or as an email. You will only be able to borrow five books. This is to ensure the Library is able to meet demand; this will be reviewed periodically. You may pick up a free bag to carry your books. Do not use hand sanitiser or other cleaning products on Library books. You may wish to quarantine your books for 72 hours. You may use the drop box to return Click and Collect books.
Click and Collect Plus returns:
These items are more fragile and you may not use the drop box; instead, please book an appointment to return the book.
Please attend your appointment at the Aoi pavilion doorway, which is to the south of the UL building (facing West Road).
