Librarians in Training - Library Outreach and Engagement In-Person

The Librarians in Training committee are pleased to present a series of talks around the various Outreach and Engagement activities that take place across CUL. Speakers will not only discuss the range of activities that take place within libraries, departments, and Colleges, but also how they are able to conduct these forms of outreach and engagement, their views on best practice, digitisation of special collections, and why such events and programmes are so important.

The speakers are:

Isla Kuhn - Head of Medical Library Services

Clara Panozzo Zénere - Spanish, Portuguese, Latin American Collections Senior Library Assistant (Seeley Library and MMLL) (Formerly Hispanic and Iberian Collection UL)

Anne Winship (Outreach Co-ordinator) and Laura Moss (Library Manager) - English Faculty

Catherine Sutherland - Pepys Library Special Collections Librarian

Tuija Ainonen - Parker Library Special Collections Librarian

We hope that you can join us for this set of interesting talks, engage more directly with outreach activities, and learn how you may incorporate this into your own practices going forward.
