Cambridge University Library Click and Collect
Cambridge University Library Click and Collect In-Person
This is a time slot in which to collect pre-ordered books or return Click and Collect Plus items.
You must have had a confirmation email from the Library that the items you have ordered are ready for collection in order to book a collection appointment. Please bring your University card or other ID with your name and photo on. If you nominate someone else to attend the appointment on your behalf, please ensure they can show a copy of the confirmation email sent to you, either printed out or on a screen. You will only be able to request five books to collect in one day. This is to ensure the Library is able to meet demand. You may pick up a free bag to carry your books. Do not use hand sanitiser or other cleaning products on Library books, but you may wish to quarantine your books for 72 hours. You may use the drop box to return Click and Collect books.
Click and Collect Plus returns:
These items are more fragile and you may not use the drop box; instead, please book an appointment to return the book.
When you arrive at the University Library, please wait socially distanced at the main entrance. Please wait for the green light to show before entering one at a time.
For next time, why not try our new Browse, Borrow and Read service? Registered members of the University Library can now book to browse the open shelves. You can find the books you need and bring them to the front desk to borrow - meaning you'll be able to get the books you need faster.
